Well, I'm havin' that problem.
Everything goes well, but when I chose my car and the game is loadin' the track the windown just disappear.
I'm using 32-bit windows, at first I though that ti was my computer fault, but wehn I got the blue F3 car the games worked.
Then I think that there's a king of bug.
Anyone know what's going on?
Thx!

Wow, I have no idea what might be happening. I just downloaded the version from the web, and tried, and evrything worked fine in my computer (I actually even tried the windows version running it through VirtualBox in my Mac, and it also worked). I can select any car in F3 and it works... where did you download the game from?

Well, I don't even know where I've downloaded it..
Cuz' I've downloaded it in a lot of sites.
Well, I don't know how to install the game when I download from that site, braingames... I mean, there's no .exe file in that download, but there is one in mine archive.

Wow, I've discovered that the problem isn't the red car, is about every car.
When the game is loading the track it randonly occurs, sometimes it works, but most of times it doesn't.

What!? no .exe file!? I just checked it, and there is a .exe file there... The only thing that occurs to me is that you might have some kind of virus or something. Otherwise I don't understand.

I've discovered.
That problem was happening cuz' in the dl file there's missin' some of the .dll files, then I took it from other places.
When I changed the .dll files by the game "Road Fighter" and pasted the "f1spirit-svn-20100205.zip" files, everything worked flawlesly, except the configurations of the game, of instance, the sound, I just can't lower the volume.
Thx U anyway, the remake is perfect.

Ehm.

The SVN version you downloaded isn't playable. That version is meant for developers. You have to compile the files in that zip file to be able to play.

The version you needed was the normal Windows version, the first item in the list at the download page.

In the first iten some dll files is missing, and without some file of the svn version it isn't possible to save the game.
I just don't know why.
About the sound, do U guys know anything about it?
Thx!

I have downloaded the game from this site and the new version doesn't work. Then I tried a download from this page: http://www.classic-retro-games.com/F-1-Spirit_34.html

Everything works fine now. Also the red car in F3...I don't know wich version this is, but it has the customizable CFG files in it so i guess it's a late version.

Nice work !
