I've added some more things to the MoG PassGen:- the Q*Bert combination is possible, but only when there are no differences in that area
- vitality setting is restricted to the number of Worlds you have saved
hope you like them :)

Fixed another little issue in the MoG password generator causing it to still generate illegal passwords when world items are taken while the world isn't open yet.

The weird passwords are still not in the remake I see. I did some digging into the (dis)assembly (http://dopheide.home.fmf.nl/msx/mog/passwords.html) and am capable of reading and writing C++-code. Hence, I wrote a patch, which is at http://dopheide.home.fmf.nl/msx/mog/mog-remake--password-patch.txt
Hope someone will review and apply the patch soon. It'll make the game even better and closer to the original.

I'm not the right person to review the patch for the technical stuff, but I'm willing enough to try it for the Mac build and commit it to SVN if it works .
By the looks of it, it's in standard *nix patch/diff format?

FYI: It was made on a GNU/Linux box with diff -u.

I've applied the patch and it compiled cleanly and some example passwords I found on the web seemed to work fine.
I have commited the update to SVN and updated the Mac binary with this new patch. Now we only need to recompile the WIndows and Linux binaries to reflect this update.
Thanks for your help! Feel like helping us patch some other bugs and inconsistencies?

I already sent Popolon a fix and other instructions for it years ago, which I made with Manuel when my C++ knowledge wasn't much...
